Real Mom Talk: Fun Stocking Stuffers for Littles
December 12, 2015 11:47 am | by

Screen Shot 2015-12-12 at 12.46.26 PMMy little guy is really in the Christmas spirit this year and I love it! He’s very curious and asks me many questions about the holiday, some that leave me quite puzzled. I’ve started doing a few of our own holiday traditions this year and a few that my mom used to do with my sister and I when we were growing up. One of those traditions was Christmas stockings. We always looked forward to our stockings on Christmas morning and my mom would fill them with the best things. Usually something we could use (socks, undergarments, hats, gloves), something we could read, small goodies that we had on our wish list, candy and a tooth brush. So this year I’m starting a few fun stocking traditions with my little one, and put together a few ideas for you, too! Remember, you can find all of these wonderful items right here at Cotton Babies and they’re even on sale!

Mini toy cars – Cotton Babies carries an array of really great car related items for the little ones. This Plan Toys Recycling Truck Set would make for a perfect stocking stuffer!

Books – Books are always a great gift and I always look forward to having something new to read to my little guy before bed. These Indestructible books are perfect for babies + toddlers! No need to worry about ripped pages with these books!

Puzzles – My little guy loves puzzles and this alphabet puzzle is fun + educational!

Art Supplies – I’ve got a few coloring books + art supplies ready to be stuffed into my little ones stocking and I might just have to add this crayon roll to it! It’s super handy + you can clip it onto a backpack!

Nightlight – We accidentally left our old nightlight in our rental when we moved.. oops… so this year a nightlight is one of the items going into my little ones stocking. This Take Along Nightlight is great for every night use and travel! It also comes in 3 different creatures! FUN!

Bath Toys – Bath Toys are always a great stocking stuffer and these ones from Green Toys are fun and handy to use! No need to worry about squeezing water out of these guys!

Rattles – If this is your baby’s first Christmas a rattle is always a fun thing to stick in their first stocking or even under the tree! Cotton Babies carries a wide variety of rattles and this wooden rattle Ernest Efforts just happens to be my favorite!

Teethers – Aside from rattles, teether make for great little stocking stuffers as well! Rubber or wood either one is great for growing babies!

What are some things that you like to stick in your little ones stocking?!
