Truly Genius Tuesday has been an epic ride so far. We have discovered all things genius in our Genius Series and even featured a couple more than one time. One of our favorite moments by far was when we gave away an actual pie on Pi Day! Cotton Babies is a place that loves to celebrate… and we love including delicious food in the mix.

Favorite all things genius moments
When we came up with Truly Genius Tuesday we just thought it would be a fun thing to feature on Tuesdays. Here are our top three our favorite moments.
- The Mob love – we know the Cotton Babies Mob is always in for a party. You all have shown up every week and it has been so fun… and your check lists actually helped us keep track!
- The surprise release of Maggie! That was a dream come true and totally appropriate to celebrate Maggie joining the Genius Series.
- Did I mention we gave away a pie?! Yes, I did… but it was so fun! That was also when we learned the fun fact that Pi Day 3/14 is also Albert Einstein’s birthday.
Truly Genius Tuesday is truly an adventure. A lot of people have asked if Truly Genius Tuesday going away since technically we’ve featured all the geniuses in the Genius Series. The answer… we don’t officially know yet. 🙂 Let us see if we can come up with a fun way to re-feature all things genius in our Genius Series. So how should we celebrate this first season of Truly Genius Tuesday? How about an epic giveaway! To feature people who excelled in science, industry, literature, and conservation, especially in a society that is heavily inundated with athletic heros, gives a different perspective for all the littles who come in contact with your brand. As a not very athletically gifted person, it’s nice to feel like I can have heros to emulate as well, Harper Lee, Mary Pickersgill, and Ada Lovelace ?

My first print was Albert from a friend who knew I was thinking about cloth diapers and wanted to introduce me to them. We’re nearly 3 months in and love them!
I actually haven’t tried a Bumgenius diaper but I love the Audrey if this baby ends up being a girl.
The first genius print I got was Albert. I have four of them. I was really excited to be able to still get the original Albert after the revised one was released.
I think love was the first one (since you’re counting it). Then Sierpinski and Equiano. Love them all.

I’m a professional musician , and accidental makes me irrationally happy. Yes, my diapers make me feel all the feels.
My dirat Genius Series print was the original Albert. The series started right after my first son was born and it was SO FUN to add prints to our solid stash. Since then, I’ve had 2 more boys and my husband just knows not to ask questions when a Cotton Babies package shows up at our house. 🙂

I can’t remember for sure which was my first Genius diaper but it was either Maathai or Lovelace. I do remember seeing Irwin at the store as well but passing it up for the “girly” prints. I’m bummed now though! It would be one of my faves on my little guy!! He does look great in Maathai and Lovelace anyway 🙂

My first genius diaper (and first cloth diaper ever) was Jules. I know, I hate my past self a little bit… I had NO idea what Jules was or the madness behind trying to get ones hands on one. I went to my local crunchy mama boutique and saw Jules and thought “that’s the cutest diaper I’ve ever seen!” And grabbed it, for retail. Lol. It was months before my son was born and we were just starting our cloth collection (winter/spring of 2014).
