Are we there yet? Are we there yet? I really need to go to bed. If I go to sleep now, I’ll get more sleep tonight than the last two nights combined. I can hear you saying “Then go to bed! Why are you up writing a silly blog post you haven’t updated in weeks. What’s another week? We won’t hold it against you… as much”.

Well, you’re right.

Good night!

Oh. I can hear the rest of you saying “Not enough words! Write more words! I paid good money to watch this in 3D and fooznit, I want some bam and ka-pow!

I really do need to go to sleep. This morning I seriously considered putting jalapenos on my peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

So why am I not going to sleep? Because I’m waiting on beef jerky. I love beef jerky, but I can never eat it because it has nitrates in it. Nitrates give me migraines, which is a huge bummer. Anyone else have this problem? Do you have migraines? Look at what you’re eating. Nitrates are in everything that formerly walked on multiple legs and are now ground up into delicious hunks of food. I love me some sausage, bacon and ham, but no, I usually can’t eat it. Fortunately there are options! Costco sells bacon, sausage and hotdogs without nitrates in them! Hallelujah!

And the jerky? I can just make my own. It’s pretty simple. Marinate lean meat, dehydrate it, eat it. Right now I’m in the dehydrate phase, waiting for it to finish. Then I can reload the dehydrator with the rest of the sliced, marinated bovine and go to bed.

Normally I would start into the Warehouse Roulette portion of my blog post right about… no, a little further down.

Further…

… right about here.

Believe it or not, I actually drew a fun product to write about (no, not that kind of fun) weeks ago. But I’m too tired to dig it all out and write a blog post on something in particular. Instead, I’ll just bounce around my brain a little and settle on the curb, balancing on one wheel, while peeling carrots.

Speaking of peeling carrots. I saw someone peeling an apple using a sawing motion with the peeler. I’ve never seen that before. Is this something new or have I been living under a rock?

Swish swash transition, new camera angle.

I’d like to take a moment and give a shout out to all of the retailers and blog folk who stopped by the bumGenius booth at the ABC Kids expo last week. We had a lot of fun chatting with everyone, taking silly pictures and being obnoxious. The women kept ditching us guys, so the four of us were chatting up diapers. It was pretty amusing.

I would love to plant bamboo.

Paper airplanes don’t fly very well in the rain or lit on fire.

Time to switch out the beef jerky.

Did you know instant rice is dehydrated cooked rice? It messes with your mind, man.

I’ll try to write a Warehouse Roulette post next time.

Thanks for stopping by. Call Larry for a great deal on water tanks too.
