Sometimes it looks like I am going on vacation when we are going for a simple outing. I have snacks packed, water bottles, sippy cup, cloth diapers, a change of clothes or 2 for both kids, blankets, burp cloths, toys, car seats, strollers, baby carriers and so on.
It can be a bit much, so I am always looking for ways to simplify things and use products that work. It is infuriating when I reach into the diaper bag and feel a lid has popped off a cup of cereal and now it’s on EVERYTHING. Once something spills, it seems like I will be finding crumbs for the rest of my life.
Boon Snack Ball
I like the Boon Snack Ball because it stays closed. It’s cute. I don’t lose the lid. It holds just the right amount of food- 6 oz. to be exact.
According to the AAP (and my personal experience has found this to be true), toddlers use a lot of energy, but they have little stomachs that don’t hold a lot of food. This means toddlers generally get hungry between meals and often require a morning and an afternoon snack. Choosing healthy snacks is important, and the Boon Snack Ball is perfect for holding dried fruits or raisins, dry cereals, or crackers.
I’m also a fan of Boon’s design style. I enjoy the simple lines and pretty colors. The Snack Ball comes in 3 color combinations.
