Thursday Giveaway: Free Cloth Diapers
October 1, 2014 5:05 pm | by

Cloth diapers are free โ€” but only in this week’s giveaway ๐Ÿ˜‰flips_sassy_s400x400

But really. Cloth diapers are free of harmful chemicals and ingredients that are often found in disposables. And when you choose to cloth diaper, you are really choosing the best for your baby.

Cloth diapers are a simple, gentle solution that offerย aย ton of financial, environmental and health benefits. You can save more than $1,000 by using cloth diapers. You will significantly reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills when you cloth diaper. And, most importantly, you will know what’s next to your baby’s delicate skin if you decide to cloth diaper. You get the drift here.

The point is cloth diapers are a better option, and we want more parents to know what’s available.

This week, two people are going to get twoย Flip One-Size Cloth Diaper Covers. All you have to do is tell us why you prefer to use cloth diapers.

I’m pregnant with our first baby right now, but I’ve babysat and worked in daycares for years. I’ve thrown hundreds of disposable diapers into the trash and it makes me sick! I want to reduce the footprint we leave on the Earth, and cotton diapers seems like one of the most reasonable and cute ways to do that!

So true on knowing what’s next to your baby’s skin. We were on a cloth break for about a month while I restashed from newborns and stripped existing OS. Then we thought we were dealing with a yeast issue but it dawned on me it could be irritation from the sposies. I thought “whatever, I’ll disinfect the cloth if I have to.” Lo and behold 24 hours after going back to cloth, we are rash free!

We use cloth diapers because my daughter has extremely sensitive skin. She would get horrible diaper rashes that would end up turning into infections. We made the switch to cloth diapers and her skin has been so clear! It has also saved us a ton of money. My sister saw how easy the process is and wants to use CDs too now. I’m glad I get to pass my stash to her when she has kids. That’s what is so great about CDs. They stay in such good condition that more than one child can get plenty of use out of them.
