This question is pretty generic and could provoke a few different answers. In my case, a lot is ‘new’ and I’m sure it’s the same in your case, too.

Well, we’re in the middle of four month sleep regression, so after months of 8 hours of sleep a night, only getting a couple of hours a night is pretty new!
What’s new? We’re finally sleeping again after the 4-month regression!
