The Cotton Babies team is growing! A few of our staff members have welcomed — and will soon be welcoming — a new baby! It’s such an exciting time in the office. Outside the 9-to-5, these parents spent a good amount of time planning and prepping for this new addition, especially those who are experiencing motherhood for the first time. We’ve all seen THAT baby — the baby who’s running around with a disposable diaper that looks like it weighs 15 pounds and is sagging well below the waist. By now, we should all (hopefully) know that when a diaper droops, it’s usually a clear indication that it’s time for a change. In general, it’s easy to tell when a disposable diaper needs to be replaced. But with cloth, you’re not as lucky. Cloth diapers are not equipped with absorbent materials that turn into a squishy gel when wet, which, with a simple poke, tells you that your baby should be changed.
